Coworking offices
Located in AZCA, in the financial heart of Madrid, LOOM 'La Célula' is a coworking space conceived as a dynamic ecosystem inspired by the way nature organises itself. Its design promotes diversity, interaction and adaptability as keys to creating more resilient, ever-evolving work environments.
The proposal is structured as a network of interconnected 'cells', where shared areas act as meeting points that encourage collaboration and professional exchange.
The project offers a wide variety of spaces, from open areas and hot desks to private offices and meeting rooms, organised through a modular system of movable partitions that allows the space to be easily reconfigured as users' needs change.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the design, with recycled materials and low-energy solutions that reduce environmental impact and reinforce a circular-economy approach.
The result is a contemporary, flexible and collaborative workplace, recognised internationally as a finalist in the Frame Awards 2023 in the Co-Working Space of the Year category.
