Coworking offices
Located on Madrid's northern axis, facing the Cuatro Torres Business Area skyline and in an area driven by developments such as Madrid Nuevo Norte, LOOM C280 is conceived as a forward-looking workspace.
The project takes its location as a starting point, with a proposal inspired by the aesthetics of a spaceship and a retro-futuristic approach, drawing on references such as 2001: A Space Odyssey and Back to the Future.
The materials reinforce the concept through metallic finishes and aeronautical blues, balanced by carpets and earthy finishes that bring warmth and comfort. The space is organised around an 'active corridor' that gathers the services and frees up the façade, so that every workspace enjoys natural light.
The meeting rooms are flexible and adaptable, with an identity inspired by space exploration in both their names and decorative elements. The receptions, finished in mineral-toned stucco, highlight the duality between technology and nature.
Divided into LOOM and FUAM areas, the space accommodates around 200 users and combines open-plan areas, offices, meeting rooms, informal zones and event spaces.
The result is an innovative, flexible and immersive workplace, where design supports new ways of working.
